A factory with 7,000 m2 of workshops and 1,000 m2 of offices
Equipment: cutting machines, punching machines, folding machines, trimming machines, a robot and an automatic welding machine, a 60-tonne press and a 300-tonne press, etc.

Research, development and design

• A young team with every IT resource at its disposal, including various types of CAD

Production

Assisted by a methods department and a production management department with CPAM and ERP as well as a logistics and procurements manager.

• Sheet metal working (cutting, punching, folding, stamping, etc.)
• Shaping (metalworking, grinding, spot welding, TIG welding)

• Final inspection (3 test benches)

• Quality/environment technician

After-sales and technical support services

An After-Sales Service and Technical Support Department ensures that spare parts are shipped by 3 pm, within 24 hours of all orders being placed.

• General Administration (Accounts, Human Resources, Purchasing, etc.)
• Sales and Marketing Administration, including a Corporate Customers Manager.
• 5 technical and sales staff responsible for the following sectors: Île de France, North-East, Centre-Alps, South and West, as well as an Exports Manager.
